Description
All early A series engines had these gaskets made in cork for the rear convex shape tappet chest covers and fitted to minis until 1966. The convex side plate was only designed to take these cork type gaskets, and the later concave shape cover will only accept the rubber type in its fitting grooves, which these cork type will not fit. The rubber type from 1966 on, are available as 12A1175
