The rubber diaphragm that sits in the exhaust emission valve. Known as the clacker valve on Cooper S and some variants/It sat on the inlet manifold, and a clip holds the top on to where this rubber sits, this diaphragm is not suitable for the raised lid type fitted from 1966. Fits the later flat type lid 13H5191
