Do not forget to replace this little rubber seal that stops water getting into the boot lid via the handle hole. For sliding window type cars the door locks use ADA3817. On mk3 models the small door gasket on the Mk3 wind up window door handle is CZH1729 and the larger one is ALA5795 and on the MK1/2 doors the small gasket is BMP135 and the large is ALA7844. this is to suit the later mk3 on lock for the lock used on mk1/2 and van/estate use the smaller ADA3817 seal
